Character: dyspo
Dyspo (ディスポ Disupo) is a member and captain/vanguard commander of the Pride Troopers that participates in the Tournament of Power. He along with all of the other Pride Troopers hail from beautiful Universe 11: The Justice Universe. Dyspo is arrogant, reckless, and has a strong sense of justice. He is technically a tertiary antagonist in the Universe Surivial Saga of Dragon Ball Super being one of the last combatants not from Universe 7 in the Tournament
Dyspo is slim, purple, and hairless with wide, elongated pointed ears, similar to Cornish Rex and Sphynx cats in appearance. His eyes are bulging and yellow. Dyspo heavily resembles Beerus, though they share no relation. He has rabbit-like front teeth, unlike Beerus's more pointed, catlike teeth and also seems to lack a tail. He wears a red and black form-fitting suit and tall white boots, like the rest of his Pride Trooper teammates.
Like his fellow Pride Troopers, Dyspo's sense of justice and desire to vanquish the evil in his universe is strong, and much like Top, he has an affinity for frequently using the word "Justice" in his speeches. Despite his thirst for justice, Dyspo can be prideful, cocky and impolite towards opponents, a trait not shared with Top. His confidence in his own abilities was what drove him to challenge and nearly lose to Hit, as while he initially had the advantage, his tactics' flaws were quickly figured out by the assassin. He often smirks when he is fighting and believes he is winning, but when things turn around, he is shocked and confused.
Dyspo's best known ability is his Speed. Throughout the series, many characters in Dragon Ball have claimed to be the fastest person on Earth, The Galaxy, Universe, etc. But unlike them, Dyspo actually backs this claim with his Light Bullet Technique. It allows him to multiply his normal speed several thousand times over, moving faster than the speed of sound and light. Coupled with his super sonic hearing and reflexes, and Dyspo is capable of avoiding attacks and pressuring his opponents right before they are able to use their moves. His weakness however, is that when he uses his speed to attack he tends to move in a very linear fashion, making him predictable after he uses the Light Bullert Technique a few times. He also still retains mass as he moves and must run along the ground. Attacks that create an are of effect or limit the traversable terrain are extremely effective against him.
