When two characters share a convenient height difference, so that one's mouth is exactly at the same level that the other one's genitalia.

Oral sex is thereby possible, or may even be ongoing, between the characters by having one merely standing beside or below the other, without need for any adjustment such as bending over, crouching, tiptoeing, mounting or climbing.

The characters should be in normal positions and on the same elevation. The following examples are not admissible:

• One character sitting down or kneeling, while the other stands next to them
• Someone lying flatly on their back while someone else is humping their face
• A character standing on a stool or some higher ground to reach the other one's backside
