Fat Rolls is excess fat that hangs off the body in multiple "rolls" - this can more specifically involve rolls of back fat, a excessive double chin, or belly rolls. Rolls of fat can potentially also show up elsewhere on a character's body. Most characters with fat rolls will be described as overweight, obese or morbidly obese.
