Tagged when a penis retracts closer to the body either due to the cold, an emotional/mental/physical state (e.g. fear), or some other reason within the realm of what is biologically possible.

Not to be confused with:

• shrinking penis, when a penis is shrinking in size, usually quickly and beyond what is biologically possible.
• A penis that is flaccid, becoming flaccid, or fully sheathed.
