Rich was a grunt who worked for the Sheriff. He seems to have fighting abilities slightly more advanced than the average grunt.

Rich has never been seen in person at any point in the canon series, other than the poster from Madness Combat 2: Redeemer. He also appears in the Story Mode of MADNESS: Project Nexus, being in charge of the power in one of the facilities.
