Collars that have a hypnotic effect on the wearer, not to be confused with regular collars on hypnotized characters. Often depicted as being able to hypnotize due to magical or technological effects. Collars that are not inherently hypnotic but act as a hypnotic trigger can also fall under this umbrella. In these cases there should be some indication that the collar is the cause of the character entering a hypnotized state. Either through an association with it being put on and hypnosis occuring or a focus on the collar through text such as character speech, thoughts, or hypnotic suggestions represented via text.
