When a character is being penetrated by two different routes, e.g., a spitroast, especially simultaneous oral and anal, such that the two penetrating penises or objects are contacting each other inside the body of the penetrated character. May be shown via a cutaway or translucent body. Distinct from all the way through in that neither of the penetrating objects is exiting the character's other orifice on its own.
