Tempest the Dolphin is one of the main protagonists of the Sonic the Hedgehog fancomic Sonic Legacy.
Tempest is a blue anthro hourglass dolphin, with lighter blue markings. She has a fin on the back of her head that does not bend, as well as two smaller fins on each arm.
