Characters with body types that naturally have no upper limbs.

Not to be confused with:

• amputee - For characters who have had limbs removed.
• missing_arm - For characters with at least one missing arm (or hand) which hasn't been replaced.
• missing_all_arms - For characters missing all of their arms/hands.
• 2_missing_limbs
