Normally used for disambiguation purposes, as most urethral tags tend to focus on the urethra of the penis. One exception to this is vore, as cock_vore clearly conveys that it must involve a penis, and unbirthing specifically targets the vagina/birth canal, not the urethra. As a result, vore that involves "pussy sounding" has its own tag, pussy urethra vore.
