A wild penis appeared!

This tag should be used when a character in a scene grows a penis (and often balls) in some way, typically to the surprise of another character.

The first image features a pair of gargoyle who each have a featureless crotch, but after seeing an individual they find attractive in the second image, they each get aroused and suddenly sport genitals to the surprise of said individual in the last image.

Commonly, this may occur while the receiving character is performing cunnilingus on the giving character, unaware that their throat is about to be filled by a cock that doesn't currently exist (or is hidden).

This nearly always means gender_transformation, specifically ftm_transformation or fti_transformation.
