When balls are making contact with a character's face. Whether the balls are being pushed into the face during fellatio, are resting on the face (covering the eyes, or sitting on the snout), pressed into the character's cheek, or the character is pushing their nose into the balls.

Usually the result of a male or intersex character being on-top while facesitting and/or receiving cunnilingus.

Not to be confused with balls on head — for balls resting atop a character's head, rather than making contact with the face.
