When a character, usually a sentient penis like a snake penis or penis creature, spontaneously starts drooling, spewing or generally just producing cum, usually from the mouth.

This tag does not apply if said cum is coming out of a penis-like organ, like a penis tongue or a tail penis.

In the case of cock transformation or similar, the character being transformed has to still be recognizable as person to some degree when emitting cum; it shouldn't just look like a normal penis ejaculating.
