Filburt Turtle is a male turtle and a main and originally secondary character of the television series Rocko's Modern Life and the comic book series of the same name.

Notably, whenever Filburt feels uncomfortable or disturbed, he is known to say, "I'm nauseous! I'm nauseous!"

In the original cartoon he dates, and marries, a female cat named Paula Hutchinson. This was a major development in American children's cartoons, as the producers of such were often against narrative storylines with plot developments in such cartoons.

In the 1993 Marvel comic, Filburt is attracted to a female turtle character.
