Dance Dance Revolution is a music video game series created by Konami as part of its Bemani series. DDR is a dancing themed rhythm game that utilizes a dance pad as an input device. Players stand on the pad, and step on brightly colored input squares corresponding to rhythmically aligned inputs that display on screen timed to an upbeat musical composition.

DDR has a presence both in the arcade scene, and at home through various video game platform releases.
