Nyotaimori (女体盛り, "serve (foods) on the female body"), also known as "body sushi", is a type of food play art in which food (traditionally sashimi or sushi) is served on the body of a nude woman acting as a makeshift table surface. The food is then placed on flat areas of the body so that it does not roll off. In traditional versions of this practice, sanitized leaves are used as makeshift dishes to place the food on, preventing skin to flesh contact.

NOTE: Nantaimori should be used instead when a male character is the "surface" used
