A character forced to perform oral sex on their own penis. This almost inherently involves a submissive male or gynomorph.

The character may be upside-down or in a sitting position, with a dominant second party forcing the characters head down into their erect penis, or pushing the character into a "folded" position while upside-down, so that their pelvis is closer to their face, causing autofellatio to occur. The submissive character may be anally penetrated with a sex toy or the dominant party's penis, or rimmed. Alternatively, forced autofellatio may be caused by a character bound in a position that forces their penis into their mouth.
