The bulge shown in a character's intact abdomen (stomach or belly) caused by a solid object. This is usually caused by the following:

• A large penis, tentacle, or object penetrating a character.
• impalement
• knot_bulge
• penis_shaped_bulge
• The distention often seen with vore.
• A xenomorph doing what xenomorphs do.

Not to be confused with the bulge seen through clothing, pregnancy or (cum) inflation.
