urethral bulge

A urethral bulge is when something causes a visible expansion along the bottom side of the penis, where the urethral passage passes along. This bulge can be caused by objects being inserted inside, a smaller penis cumming into it, or by something preventing the person sporting the bulge from actually releasing their cum.
