MemberExcellent work here, there's something about traditional artwork that's really nice, and Asriel's expression overall, and Flowey... I don't know but it's pretty powerful. Great work!

MemberOK, not that I'm ragging on the picture or anything, but am i the only one who's getting a little tired of all the crying Asriel pictures?

MemberWhat i mean is, Its just starting to lose all the painful feels i derived from toby Fox not letting us rescue him.
And all this flanderisation means anyone who hasn't played the game will think all this character does is sit in flowers and cry. He wasn't that weepy in the game and was actually very stoic and self sacrificing in his fate, knowing how much his parents would suffer to see him only to lose him again, even though he desperately missed them him self.
Just beginning to bug me I guess.

MemberI know how you feel, although certain artists could have played this game a bit late and maybe wanted to make an art piece right after. Whatever the situation, i can still appreciate the art. Maybe not in the sense that if you showed me this when the game was around but i can still get a feel for it. To me this piece doesn't make him look weepy at all. Just sad, maybe even strong. Screw the people that are quick to judge a character in a game, without playing the game. You shouldn't dwell on the opinion of those who are illogical.
