From whats shown here thats impossible. You cant control free wills and his wife and daughter are full blown sluts who enjoy and actively seek out reckless sex. You cant deny someone what they want without serious resistance and backlash. If the dad doesnt just accept the girls lifestyles, then his wife and daughter are lost causes.
