    I found Richter from Castlevania: Rondo Of Blood in the fourth row on top of the building with the WWF sign

    and Zool in the third row pulling a handstand on Barney's head.

    I found untaged Hikaru, Fuu and I think her name is Rin from Magical Knights Rayearth. An old school CLAMP anime from before they had openings. One of the origional magical girl series. Untagged, dunno how to myself. Above shredder and krang

    4th row in the middle, right above XXXG-01W (Gundam Wing)
    is Gilgamesh (guy in golden armor holding a sword and shield)
    and Ki (girl next to him - black hair gray clothes holding a staff).
    they are both from The Tower of Druaga.
    Uh ... now again ...
    4th row right above Saber (Fate series) the SD-Trio (blond, red, blue hair)
    are Fuu Hooji (blond), Hikaru Shido (red) and Umi Ryuzaki (blue) from
    Magic Knight Rayearth.

    There is Gintoki From Gintama, first floor under the stairs. White hair guy with sword.
    And I think dude on third floor attacking Peach with the weird hand is Alex Mercer from prototype
    Fourth floor, boy with green hair is Ueki from Law of Ueki

    Okay... I don't know how to add notes, but I found Firebrand on the casino stage. He's flying above Dan and next to Nitpicker & Eggplant. Should mention that he's from Gargoyle's Quest and his last game, on the SNES, was Demon's Crest.
    Between Mai and King on the same stage are Leona and Diamond. Not sure about Diamond's full name. They're from King of Fighters. Yuri's also with them and she's from The Art of Fighting. Not sure of her full name either.
    Kyo, between Felicia and Liu Kang, is also from The Art of Fighting, but don't know his full name either. The girl above Kyo appears in KoF, but I think she and King were also in The Art of Fighting. I'd have to check on that fact as well as the girl's name.
    The samurai behind Ren and Stimpy is from Samurai Showdown, but not sure about his name, either.

    Second column down on the left with the giant vegas styled woman, lots of those characters are from the shmup "Parodius" if anybody wants to look 'em up. I'm too lazy but I tagged a few more.

    Added Squall Leonhart from Final Fantasy 8. He’s in the 3rd row, middle right standing on Barney’s stop sign. It doesn’t terribly look like him because they modified his 16-bit sprite from the PS1 remake of Final Fantasy 6 where he can be seen occasionally walking around in the file select screen.
