If you're here because this post is being added to pools, it's a known bug. Something to due with the 621 probably.

If this appears on unrelated pools:
In the pool 'Posts' section the uploader may have copy/pasted the link, which includes the number 621 which is the number of this post. That's why it shows in unrelated pools. All one needs to do is edit the pool and delete '621' from the list in the pool edit section.
