There is an implication it's just not working for some reason.

I was thinking why it changed fellarts to fallenarts automatically when there wasn't anything under that tag.

Should always check the DNP list, these things can get you in trouble.

Uploader actually didn't know, so can't blame him/her. To me it looked like it was ripped from flash, so I reverse searched, got hit from swfchan, which told it's from fast and furryious, which then linked to original art which was from fellarts.
