Here we have Thala in a water gun "fight" against Lexi. Thala who is usually 16' 5", made herself smaller using Minimize so she could be around the 6' 10". (Yes I know Kyogre can't learn minimize in the games, this is fictional). Lexi decided to engage in a spirited water gun fight, unaware that Thala could use "water gun" and "hydro pump" if she wished. That would be rather painful and probably launch Lexi out to sea. Lexi doesn't know that Thala can shoot a literal cannon blast of water out of her mouth.
