Oh my it seems that those two have an awfully very specific fantasy in mind about Antoni. Even Babasa who is normally very well composed and disciplined in mind and speech, is absolutely flustered and cannot speak coherently when her thoughts betray her. Anyway (minor spoiler) this occurs before Ka Sarra and Babasa know how Antoni's genitals look like and near when Babasa has a special conversation with Ka Sarra.
Well I suppose Mae Pai and Akula are going to leaving the other two to stay lost in their respective fantasy and have some fun of their own. I wonder how the luck guy is going to be?
