Someone has to ask this question at some point, and I guess I'll ask but why isn't the Libre outfit holowear in unite yet? They already made a champion theme for Blaziken and Dragonite so this would seem like a good time to see it appear when those two things occurred.

Plus it would be a nice cameo to see since it pays homage to another rather underrated Pokémon game.

Because they would need to put a female pikachu model, and not just any female pikachu, cosplay pikachu (she has an exclusive black pattern on the tail), also, tencent would need permission to use that model and yadayada... they're too greedy for that.

Yeah they need time on gacha skin and trying to get permission cost too much time.
