Added to round out the Major Arcana in pool #43348. I noticed that Chariot/Fool/Judgement/World were not uploaded in spite of featuring nonhuman characters (in particular, World is also symbolically linked to the Wheel of Fortune); the remaining cards (Magician, Priestess, Empress, Emperor, Hierophant, Hermit, Justice, Hanged Man, Tower, Star) do not depict nonhuman characters, but they do form a chronological image series: the Fool's Journey.

The Minor Arcana do not make up a chronological series, so this human-only exception does not apply to those.

  • The absolute best tarot card. Though I'm unsure of how it fits on this website, it's still my favorite for how much it represents me.

  • According to a number of interpretations of the fortune-telling meaning of tarot cards, the Major Arcana is actually a storyline called ''The Fool's Journey'' in which the Fool protagonist passes through the various mysteries of life, mentored by the various characters in the other cards. The Rider-Waite deck in particular was intentionally produced by a couple of cartomancers (fortune tellers who use playing cards as part of their divination)) with more artistic intent than happened with previous tarot decks. So, in this sense, the human-focused cards of the Major Arcana can be accepted as the pool is a sequence rather than individual images themed together.

Besides, there's a dog prominently in the picture.
