Out of all the methods of dronification, two stand out as the most common. The first, submission under liquid latex, is the most common. Its fast, efficient, and can take over one's body and mind perfectly. And since the entire system can be stored in a hand-sized null ball, its no wonder why so many organizations prefer it. 

Yet there's often situations where someone wants to enjoy the process a bit slower. To see what was once a sapient being be reduced to an obedient drone, one step at a time. That's when manual dronification comes into play. Its a longer process requiring manual installation of latex mixed in with constant stimulation of the crotch, mouth, and anus, which aids in the rubber permanently adhering to the skin.

Such was a process Jaxson found himself in. He had become lost in the facility, and when attempting to ask a drone for directions, proceeded to damage its suit. Enforcement drones detained him, but before a null ball could declare him a prisoner and detainee, a nearby overseer decided it would be more fun to convert him manually.
