Zephyr's supernatural response taskforce often deals with the conventional more than the supernatural. In order to promote survival on the field, members are trained in first aid. Natalie here seems to have run afoul of some unsavory characters, but has fortunately survived the conflict. And, now she uses the down time to dress some of her injuries. Hopefully she's able to return to safety before finding more trouble.
