Hoopa Girl

I've been in a biiig Hoopa mood lately
Mainly due to Archoopa, but ofc you might not have seen all of his doodles if you don't follow my DA/ Sfw tumblr

But I've been meaning to make a Hoopa girl... like I've always had one in mind, but she was also just a plain hoopa with no design.
Tho ofc there's nothing massively unique here apart from a hairstyle and minor additions.

I love arabian themes, and she's potentially a character for an arabian town I want to create.

We need more Hoopa girls STAT
