I've always had a craving for kitsune udon.

it's such a simple dish, that has always been in the back of my mind. I was an avid udon hater, but I don't know why. Just thinking and seeing a picture of Kitsune udon makes me really horn-i mean hungry. i tried it.. and it was okay.
