Eternal Winter has come to Monstertown. Noelle Holiday, who had spent much of her life so powerless and so helpless to other peoples whims and suggestions now has a new master who has decided to show her what power feels like after chapter 2.

Now not only shall she reign as a new goddess, but she will have plenty of frozen treats for her to enjoy. Suffice to say, Night is quite proud.
