In roots entwined, a branch thickly lies,
Ivy leaves with dewdrop eyes.
A luminous being lands with grace,
In the dim light of twilight's embrace.

To his surprise, a surface fair,
Firm yet slippery, smooth with care.
Soft to touch, he feels the span,
And soon he knows, it is no branch.
