test i did for another upcoming thing

i didn't use live2d or animeeffects or something
i did this in blender with cut-out plane meshes, bones and material changes
i even wrote a very inefficient, barebones python script to do the cutting automatically
(will share if enough people are interested and when made efficient)

if after the actual piece people ask how to do this shit in blender, i'll make a lil guide
but somewhere i feel you'd be better off with the former two softwares
im just too hardheaded to get used to new software i guess
but again, as long as blender pulls of anything i throw at it it'll be a staple of my toolbox
