A human fella, a real normal Guy ™, hooks up with an orca sailor in a grimy dockside bar. With no regard for public decency or the people around them, the orca takes him right there at the bar, filling him. The orca sailor is here on shore leave with the rest of his crew who also take interest in the friendly little human. He gets passed around by the whole crew, loading him the fuck up.

The next time the ship gets into port, the orca lads find the Guy carrying a litter of orcas. The human dude is still pretty interested in the orca lads and they reciprocate by stealing him away onto their ship.
He's got his own role on the ship now while he waits out his pregnancy, his new role being stress relief for the whole crew. They take turns filling him as much as they can, using the sway of the ocean waves rocking the ship to ram into the human fella. He doesn't really get much of a break and his belly swells enough to break the support of the hammock.
No worries though, the orca sailors are working lads with tools on standby to keep his body swinging with the motion of the ocean.
