I'm really loving this rendition of her, you guys. ;u;

Little back story for ya (props if you bother reading any of this); Myla started out as an average (poorly designed and cringey) Sonic fan character back when I was still a wee little turd, and she looked a lot like Tails with larger ears and an edgelord color palette (yuck). For many years she served as a way for me to identify myself within the online communities I associated with, but over time she has evolved into much more. She is now my personal fursona, and largely takes after me. That said, I wanted to maintain links to her (and my own) personal roots and involvement in the Sonic fandom, which paved the way for my future as an artist. As such, she is still very much a Mobian, but with some unique twists centered around an AU created by myself and my partner Kenjifox . (Get ready for fandom trash!) Myla is what is known as a "Tameless Mobian", due to physical features and personality/behavioral quirks resulting from a genetic throwback to more animalistic traits. Some key identifying features of a "Tameless Mobian" are digitigrade legs and paws (if the species permits), and animal-like behaviors such as purring, barking, tail wagging, etc. In general, those whom are "Tameless" are considered "lesser" by society's standards, and are oftentimes treated poorly or unfairly. They are pretty rare, and although it is illegal, they are commonly sold and traded as slave workers, or kept as "pets." Despite their intelligence closely matching that of their "standard" Mobian counterparts, many see them as little more than "feral animals" or "beasts."

There's a loooot more story than this, which I would like to explore and share through other future projects, but for now, I'll leave it simple.
