I'm mean I would imagine it would be common... you have kids setting out at 10 to bond with highly intelligent partners.... yes it might be innocent but once the hormones kick in... the horny rears it's head... that or I'd imagine they get extremely comfortable with one another that they are equals as in like the same...level...as humans? (Kinda like how some people treat their pets like humans rather than other some heartless people see pets as "dumb animals" )

I mean consider some jobs or adventures... could potentially be risky, and well your bond grows past as "pokemon and master" .

... so I guess in some cases pokemon are like your battle buddy...
