thats tech a legal drug they're smokin in the comic, its kinda like a mixture between tobacco and weed fun stuff, one of my local gas stations actually sells hookahs and shisha and they're like next door to a police station soooo yeah xD

There is no weed at all in Shisha unless you add it yourself. Which, weed smokes badly when treated in the same way Shisha is so it's not a thing you'd want to do.

It's all tobacco, and the Nicotine just gets to your head faster (and harder) due to being a larger dose.
