Feb 26th:A new bill in Arizona is making its way through the Senate that would force sites like e621 to implement mandatory age verification for all users—or face potential lawsuits. This system would require third-party vendors to verify every user’s age through a government database. Not only is this a massive violation of privacy, but it also introduces serious risks, including identity theft through phishing schemes and other malicious methods. Worse still, we would have no control over ensuring that user data is permanently deleted after verification.
Since e621 operates out of Arizona, this law would almost certainly impact us if it passes. If you want to help ensure that we can continue serving you without being forced to collect personal information, we urge you to contact Arizona’s senators and ask them to vote NO on this bill.
Please help spread the word about this issue and encourage others to take action.
Further information on the bill itself can be found at the Free Speech Coalition: https://action.freespeechcoalition.com/bill/arizona-hb-2112/

MemberI'm saying that voicing your immediate thirsty thoughts to the general public is unnecessary.
That usually leads to tons of downvotes because people don't really want to read that kind of comments, which is the case here. Or rather was since OP hide the comment.
No hate, just saying what happened.

MemberSo let me get this straight.
To you it is absolutely fine if someone is buying himself a shit ton of furry yiff art from his OC with all kinds of fetishes, artists, characters, OC's (Often even without asking the owner) from TV-Shows, Games and other furs (Again, sometimes even without asking them for permission or doing it even when they clearly stated they don't want that.) to post them here afterwards or on FA.
That is all sunshine and roses to you, but the moment someone writes a bit of a thirstier comment on a board that is made for thirsty drawings and pictures... literal god damn porn site where it is where you not just expect it but where it belongs...
THERE you draw the line? THAT is too much for you?
I am all for opinions, but fuck me if that isn't hypocritical.

MemberYeah, that's where I drew my line. I have thirsty thoughts too, but that's all, MY thirsty thoughts.
I keep them to myself.

MemberArt are not thoughts though ? I don't understand how those are similar.
Imagine talking about how you absolutely love an art in the middle of a silent museum where everything is enjoying it quietly ? Are you gonna say that whoever wants silence would be hypocritical because they "posted something similar" ?
Honestly, I don't want an answer, cause I'll end up discussing something I don't want to. But I couldn't resist responding that.
