It was surprising I didn't yet have a Raichu or Pikachu based character...

In anycase I recently fell in love with shiny Aloan Raichus, and out of that comes Deecie! She works tech support in Burnel, so if you have laptop troubles, you may find a Raichu floating to your door! KenDraw did a fantastic job with her design, I love her hoodie and the lil' pose of her holding her tail...
