Here's my usual method for determining what the differences between two images are:
On each image, right click > open image in new tab, then repeatedly click between the two, any differences should pop out.

Aside from the mole I don't see any other differences.

i love the contrast in colors on the dick it goes from a brown colored body to a very bright cyan?/sky color looking color, very interesting xD
