BlockedComputer thing.
Dutch as in the language, not an artist named "Dutch"
Dutch is like German but not.
Sort of like how Portuguese is almost Spanish.
NotMeNotYou
AdminDutch is blend of German and English, some french for flavor and the most horrible accent from Saxony you can imagine.
Bloodscale
MemberIf that language feels weird to you, try Luxembourgian.

MemberA Dutch friend of mine described it as "It's like German with a really bad cold" :D
NotMeNotYou
AdminThat is how people from saxony tend to talk, fuck correct pronouncing, no one needs consonants and half of the vowels anyway.

MemberHe's really talented if he's just said all of those at the same time.

MemberYes - diction and correct pronunciation is indeed a long lost art.
"'Ello, mother. 'Ave you 'idden my 'atchet?"
NotMeNotYou
AdminDifferent like that but the core is the same, it also goes back hefore 1700, the german elite liked to imitate the saxony accent up until the creation of the german bible by Martin Luther, who created it to be read by all german folks so he made his written word without accents (because people wrote with their accents before and it looked like different kinds of retard from each corner of the non-unified german states before).
And then everybody stopped talking like their mouths were sewed shut and started talking like real people. The End.

The sigma in Greek should be in upper case though. Other than that this image is awesome.
Cute fox with manners.

AdminThat is awesome! I've been curious for awhile what some of those were. Thank you. =)
Can'tThinkOfAName
MemberI think that the latin one should be "Gratiam tibi ago" ,
since "Gratias agimus tibi" means "We thank you"(literally "We do you thanks") and there is only one person thanking and not two or more :P

MemberFrench-speakers say that German, Dutch, and English all sound pretty much the same except for a few funny consonants like the GH in Dutch and the TH sounds in English.
