If the artist behind a piece of official art is known they get tagged just like any other artist. Doesn't matter if it's a Pokemon or Magic: the Gathering card art.

I love the fact her neck is kinda like a hoodie, I love hoodies, so this Pokemon is in my top favs too, and I'm glad they gave our lil giraffe boi an evolution after sooo long. Farigiraf is very adorable with that neck thing of hers opening and closing its mouth, kinda protecting Farigiraf face. Yay. <3
