Perhaps they aren't particular good at drawing genitals. Or perhaps they prefer to keep their artwork in the 'questionable' category whilst still remaining very sexy. Not that I can speak for the artist, of course. I'm just guessing.

Not everyone draws fully explicit stuff, and that's OK! Good art is good art regardless!

The artist didn't upload this here, and I doubt they check this website for comments. You're better off sending them a comment or direct message on their furaffinity.
As for my guess, I'd guess it's supposed to be "tasteful" or "playful" nudity.

i don't see a point in censoring anyways if there's no genitals, what a bizzare concept for embarrassed nude art
