They still might not be in as much trouble as it looks. First, the parents know Jin and Keiko are childhood friends. So they should know he wouldn't do anything to hurt her or against her will.

Second, they should also know how hard it is for a human to get someone other than another human pregnant. I know that just because it's harder doesn't mean it can't happen. But they should be a little more relaxed about it.
