I don't know. Maybe it's just a browser thing on my end but it seems like every time I upload this, e621 increases the resolution on its own, decreasing visual sharpness, the same way zooming in tends to do. Maybe someone else can fix this, I give up.

No, it's because artist themselves royally fucked up the recording and then decided to only post it on twitter which immensily downgrades the file and makes it super compressed.
