Maddi'Maul didn't seem to mind being in the maternity photo shoot. She probably thought she would get to mingle with one of Herbert's other models if she waited around long enough.
And like Shiva'thir, she was taught to put corks on her horns and spikes so she won't accidentally hurt anyone she decides to "get friendly" with.
