So story-wise the scientist that created Nava and Ghost as super soldiers wanted to test the theory if they can mix breed. Nava and Ghost were later pulled from the front lines from the defensive wall replaced with special drones. Luna and Ethan welcomed them and all of them worked together to train the 3rd generation of the super soldiers.
Nava and Ghost became close partners and surely had feelings for each other with Nava's strictness and Ghost's wildness they helped each other out on discipline or the other to relax and have fun. Later on for Nava to get her itch-scratch she often had Ghost helped her often when she needed the help. Nava did believe they could not bear children together until she figured out she was pregnant with morning sickness and more to come.

Nava was hit with everything while pregnant from headaches, heartburn, cramps, anemia, and Vomiting, etc. Ghost found out and was excited to be a father and really changed his playful energized self to be more disciplined and caring helping Nava out while she was pregnant. Nava's mood of Ghost was of love and hatred for Ghost who got her knocked up.
In the end, Nava got some revenge when holding his hand during delivery crushing his hand. Nava had delivered two mixed-breed Snow Leopard/ Red Panda's they decided to name their son Xiaobo and their daughter Meyil.
