PrivilegedWithout being able to see it, I can only guess. Either some audio was just ripped from somewhere else and slapped over the video without much effort (low effort edits are against the guidelines), or the high framerate tag suggests it was run through some AI interpolation filter to make it run at a billion FPS (AI edits are against the guidelines), or as the original is 220p maybe this was messily upscaled to 720p, or perhaps the encoding quality was bad and there was excessive artifacts... or some combination thereof.

JanitorThanks. It's nice to see sometimes that there are people who think of these things from more objective standpoint instead of just hating because the sound is gone. Also if someone wants to know these things, just ask, I check my name highlights in comments for example, instead of speculating that stuff is deleted out of spite. I literally have no time to come back to many of these things.
Indeed, this version was really messy pillarboxed upscale to 720p with framerate inconsistancies, so even if handled on it's own instead of edit, it would've been deletion worthy. Someone did try to upload the gif as webm, so went ahead and did proper encoding to post #2655934 with this audio attached to it. The frame times were still slighly altered, but because of how the gif was made, keeping those consistant would've been super hard.
